C-反应蛋白基因多态性与脑梗死

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,h-s CRP）水平及rs1205基因多态性与脑梗死（cerebral infarction,CI）的相关性。方法采用病例对照研究对105例脑梗死患者和121例健康对照者进行研究;采用免疫透射比浊法测定h-s CRP、用多聚酶链式反应（polymerase chain reaction,PCR）和限制性片段长度多态性测定rs 1205基因多态性;患者入院后立即用美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分（National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS）对其进行神经功能测评。结果脑梗死组与对照组rs1205基因型频率分布无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。重型脑梗死患者的h-s CRP水平显著高于轻、中度组（P均〈0.05）,但rs1205与脑梗死病情无关联。结论 h-s CRP水平与脑梗死严重程度相关。rs1205基因多态性与脑梗死无关联。

Association between C-reactive protein gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the relationship between the C-reactive protein levels,rs 1205 gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction. Methods A case-control study on 105 patients with cerebral infarction and 121 healthy controls was carried out.The high-sensitive C reactive protein was determined by immune-turbidimetry.The genotype and allele frequencies of rs 1800947 rs 1130864 and rs 1205 gene polymarphism were assayed by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).All the patients were measured with National Institues of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS). Results There were no significant difference for rs 1205 genotype frequencies between the patients with cerebral infarction and the healthy controls(P>0.05).The patients with severe stroke as shown by NIHSS Score have higher CRP levels comepared with those with mild or moderate stroke. Conclusions High-sensitivity CRP levels was associated with stroke severity.rs1205 polymorphism is not associated with cerebral infarction.
