| Abstract: | According to the rule and characteristics of youth's growing up, being successful, and becoming talented personnel, fostering innovative personality is crucial to the process of the youth's growing up. An analysis and a probe into the orientation and route of fostering youth's innovative personality has been done in this paper so as to affect positively the youth's being successful and becoming talented personnel. |
