早幼粒细胞白血病-维甲酸受体α融合基因及其在急性早幼粒细胞白血病临床中的应用

摘    要:正常情况下,早幼粒白血病基因与维甲酸受体α基因均存在于正常的细胞中,其表达产物对细胞的生长发育均具有十分重要的调控作用。在绝大多数急性早幼粒细胞白血病发病过程中,由于某种原因引起17号染色体与15号染色体之间产生移位,从而导致早幼粒白血病基因与维甲酸受体α基因融合形成早幼粒细胞白血病-维甲酸受体α融合基因,它与急性早幼粒细胞白血病的发生、发展、诊断、治疗以及预后判断等临床关系十分密切。

Abstract:Both promyeloeytie leukemia(PML)gene and the retinoic acid receptorsα gene are existed in the normal cell with normal condition. Their expression products have great regulatory effect on the cell growth and development. During the pathogenic processes of the most Acute promyelocytic leukemia( APL), translocation between chromosome No. 17 and No. 15 caused by some certain factors will result in the fusion of promyelocytic leukemia (PML) gene and retinoic acid receptors α gene, then the fusion gene PML-RAR alpha is formed. This fusion gene has close relationship with the genesis, development, diagnosis, therapy and prognostic adjustment of APL in clinic.
