| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定土霉素片含量的方法。方法：采用Spursil C185μm 250mm×4.6mm色谱柱，流动相组成为：[0.25mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液∶0.05mol·L-1乙二胺四醋酸二钠溶液∶三乙胺（100∶10∶1），用醋酸调pH值至7.6]∶乙腈（87∶13）；柱检测波长（λ）280nm，流速1.0ml·min-1，柱温为35℃。结果：土霉素在0.005～1.0mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好，r=0.9999，平均回收率为99.0%， RSD=1.0%（n=9）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好，适用于土霉素片的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for the determination of Oxytetracycline Tablets was established. The determination was performed on A Venusil Spursil C18 5μm 250 ×4.6mm column was used with [0.25mol·L-1Ammonium acetate solution∶0.05mol·L-1 Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt solution∶Triethylamine (100∶10∶1), pH was adjusted to 7.6 with Acetic acid ]- Acetonitrile (87∶13).The detection wavelength was 280nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1 and column temperature was 35℃. The liner rang was 0.005~1.0mg·ml-1 (r=0.9999,n=9)for Oxytetracycline.The average recovery rate(X±SD)%was 99.0±1.0.The method is simple,accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Oxytetracycline Tablets. |
