| 摘 要： | 我院治疗８例大龄动脉导管未闭，最大年龄３２岁，平均年龄２４岁。大龄动脉导管未闭手术危险性大，死亡率高，我院采用降压后靠主动脉一侧分离导管，带垫片１０号丝线双重结扎导管，无一例破裂或再通。

| Abstract: | Eight cases of Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) at a late age were treated in our hospital,the oldest being 32 and the average age 24. The surgical operation of the PDA patients at a late age is of high risk and high mortality. We conducted exclusion of catheter on the side of aorta after hypotension and double ligature with padded silk NO.10. The results showed that there were no cases of rupture, nor recurrence of perforation. |
