PBL教学法在中医外科学教学中的应用与探索

目的将PBL教学法与中医外科学教学相融合,探索新型教学模式在实践中的可行性。方法以本科学生作为试点对象,分别进行新型PBL教学模式和传统教学模式的培养,从理论和临床两个方面重视中医外科学的学科特色与PBL教学法的结合,并采用考核和反馈主客观多角度的调查方式进行对比研究。结果在理论考核和临床考核方面,试验班的成绩均优于对照班（P〈0.05）,教学反馈情况良好,各问题肯定性回答均达到85%以上。结论 PBL教学法对于激发学生兴趣,提高学习及协作能力,促进知识结构化等方面优势明显,是一种可以在中医外科学教学中推广的新型模式。

Exploration and Application of PBL Teaching Method in the Education of Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective Combining PBL teaching method with the education of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, exploring the feasibility of the new teaching mode in practice. Methods Choosing undergraduate students as the experimental objects, training students by the new PBL teaching mode or the traditional teaching mode respectively, paying attention to combining subject characteristics of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine with PBL teaching method whether from the theoretical or clinical aspect, and using multi-angle investigation methods of examination and feedback to study from perspective of subjective and objective. Results Scores of test class are better than the control both in the aspect of theoretical assessment and the clinical one（ P〈0.05）, and the situation of teaching feedback is fine, affirmative answer to each question have reached more than 85%. Conclusion PBL teaching method could stimulate interests, improve learning and collaboration capabilities, promote the structure of knowledge, it is worthy to spread in the education of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine as a new model.
