多层螺旋CT在胫骨平台骨折诊疗中的价值

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在胫骨平台骨折诊断和治疗中的临床使用价值。方法48例胫骨平台骨折患者,均接受X线检查、16层螺旋CT扫描和扫描后图像后处理,比较两者的检查结果,并与术中所见对照。结果多层螺旋CT三维重建可以清晰显示胫骨平台骨折部位及细节,平台塌陷范围、程度,以及隐匿骨折,依据16层螺旋CT及重建图像的资料,平片漏诊6例,更正骨折分型4例。结论多层螺旋CT检查能直观、立体地显示胫骨平台骨折的形态,有助于骨折的分型及治疗。

THE VALUE OF MSCT IN DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF TIBIAL PLATEAU FRACTURES

Objective To evaluate the multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis and treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 48 cases of tibial plateau fractures were examined with standard X-rays,CT scan and imaging reconstruction preoperatively.Compared with the discoveries in the operations.Results The multi-slice spiral CT could clearly show the location and the detail of tibial plateau fracture,the degree and area of tibial plateau collapse and the delitescence fracture.According to 16 slice spiral CT and its reconstruction images,the fractures were not found with plain film in 2 cases and 6 cases were rediagnosed.Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT can make the fractured tibial plateau visualized from different views,which is of great advantage to fracture classification and preoperative preparations.
