| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪性肝病以过食肥甘和情志不遂为基本病因,其病位在肝脾,以肝郁脾虚为本,痰/浊、湿、瘀为标,治疗以调肝理脾为治疗大法。文章以20多位名医治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的经验为基础,简述了各位名医从调肝理脾论治本病的临床策略和用药规律。

| Abstract: | Excessive fat and emotional depression are basic causes of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Pathogenic locations of the disease are live and spleen; the pathogenesis of the disease is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency; and the symptoms usually refer to sputum / turbidity, dampness, blood stasis. Treatment of the disease mainly depends on regulating liver and spleen. Based on the experiences of more than 20 famous TCM doctors, this article analyzed their treatment strategies and medication rules of treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with method of regulating liver and spleen. |
