| 摘 要： | 慢性萎缩性胃炎５４例，随机分为２组。麦滋林－ｓ组３１例（男性２４例，女性７例；年龄５２±ｓ９ａ）功，用麦滋林１颗粒０．６７９，冲服，ｔｉｄ；三九胃泰组２３例（男性１８例，女性５例；年龄４９＋１０的，用三九胃泰胶羹１０ｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ。２组均３ｍｏ为一个疗程。前组总有效率８４％，明显高于后组５２％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示麦滋林－ｓ是一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有前途的药物。

| Abstract: | Fifty-four patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly assigned to two groups,31 patients(M24,F7;age 52±s 9 a) were treated with Marzulene-s granules 0.679g,po,tid(Marzulene-s group) and 23 patients(M18,F5;age 49±10 a) were treated with San-jiu-wei-tai group).Both groups were treated for 3 mo.The effective rate was 84% in the Marzulene-s group and 52% in the San-jiu-wei-tai group.It was more effective in Marzulene-s group than those in San-jiu-wei-tai group(P<0.05).The results showed that Marzulene-s was a satisfactory efficiency drug in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. |
