| 摘 要： | 目的探讨带锁钛板内固定在颈椎前路手术中的作用。方法比较颈椎前路手术单纯植骨融合组和植骨融合加钛板内固定组的症状好转率、植骨融合率、内植物并发症的差别。结果钛板组与单纯植骨融合组的症状好转率无明显差别,钛板组植骨融合率显著提高,而内植物并发症出现率明显低于单纯植骨融合组。结论带锁钛板内固定在颈椎前路减压手术中有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of locking Titanium plate in anterior cervical operation. Methods Relief rate of symptom, fusion rate of bone-graft, complications occurrence of implanted materials were compared between simple bone-grafting group and bone-graft strenghthened with locking Titanium plate group. Results The improving rate of symptom had no difference between two groups, but bone-graft fusion rate of Titanium plate group was improving, complications occurrence of implanted materials was obviously lower in the internal locking Titanium plate group than in the group without the plate. Conclusion The internal locking Titanium plate has important value in the anterior cervical decompressive operation. |
