主责护士带班负责制在儿科的实践与探讨

Practice and explore on main responsibility system of principal nurses in pediatric department

Objective To ensure the quality of nursing and pediatric care technology so as to satisfy children's parents, at the same time, to reduce podiatric nurses pressure and retain podiatric nursing talents. Methods Management mechanism, main responsibility system of principal nurses, was carried out in pediatric department. Results Clinical teaching supervisions were effective. The special nursing problems for children were timely solved. Enthusiasm of senior nurses was got active. Credibility of the parents was increased. The nursing qualities were improved. Conclusions It is effective to practice on main responsibility system of principal nurses in pediatric department and worth popularizing in clinical departments due to the superiority.
