Detection of antibodies to single HIV-1 proteins was performed by modified Western-blotting procedure. The use of [35S]-Streptavidin instead of Avidin-peroxidase conjugate greatly enhances the sensitivity of the method and enables useful quantitative analysis of results.Corresponding author. |
