| 摘 要： | 用流式细胞仪和电镜技术检测了用重组人肿瘤坏死因子（ｒｈＴＮＦ）处理前后人卵巢癌ＡＯ细胞Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达和形态学改变。结果表明，经ｒｈＴＮＦ处理的ＡＯ细胞培养４８ｈ后，细胞Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达强度下降，形态发生变化。提示ｒｈＴＮＦ具有低调节人卵巢癌ＡＯ细胞ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达的作用。 |

rhTNF effect on C-erbB-2 protein expression and cell histology in the human ovarian AQ cancer cell line |

| Abstract: | C - erbB-2 protein expression and the histological changes after treatment with rhTNF in human ovarian cancer AO line cells,were detected by flow cytometry (indirect flouresence) and the electron microscope. The results showed that cell histology be changed, and the expression of C-erbB -2 protein was low after treatment with rhTNF. These data suggest that rhTNF has down-regulation of C-erbB-2 protein expression in the human ovarian AO cancer cell line. |
