| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用冰醋酸液对曾装载过鱼粉的船舱除臭方法。作者认为臭源是来自鱼粉中蛋白质腐败变质，释放出氨等有害物质污染而致．除臭原理是冰醋与氨结合，变成稳定性乙酸铵。

| Abstract: | A method using glacial acetic acid to elinminate foul smell on ship loaded fish powder was reported. The author regards the foul smell was originated from protein's putridity and decomposing, and such harmful chemicals as ammonia generated. The principle is that acetic acid combined with ammonia and become stable chemicals acetic ammonia. |
