摘    要:
以RBC-ATP含量作为血液保存质量的监测在国外已应用多年。我们用虫发光素酶生物发光法测定健康成年人32例RBC-ATP含量,以及血液保存期间RBC-ATP含量的变化,发现血液保存时间愈长,RBC-ATP含量下降愈显著。我们认为虫发光素酶生物发光法测定RBC-ATP含量,方法简便快速,准确可靠,实为血液保存质量监测的最佳选择。

Abstract:
The content of ATP in red blood cells has been used as a measure of viability for the evaluaation of storage of blood abroad for several years. At home we completed the determination of ATP in red cells in 32 adult healthy people, using a simple procedure of the fire-fly lueiferase method, we also observed the change of ATP content in red cells during storage. The results showed that the ATP level in red cells decreased, the longer the time the more the decrease. It is suggested that the fire-fly luciferase ATP assay is a simple, rapid, accurate, and reliable method, as a measure of viability, for the evaluation of storage red cells.
