脑梗死恢复期患者动态血压昼夜节律特点及分析

目的探讨脑梗死恢复期患者动态血压昼夜节律的特点。方法将脑梗死恢复期患者34例与原发性高血压患者（高血压组）34例进行对比，比较两组24h动态血压参数，分析其血压昼夜节律的变化及动态血压变异性。结果两组患者血压昼夜节律异常率分别为67．6％和35．3％，脑梗死恢复期患者血压变异性明显高于高血压组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论脑梗死恢复期患者应争取平稳有效降压。

Clinical analysis of the characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure profiles in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure （ABP） profiles in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 34 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction and 34 essential hypertensive patients were investigated to compare the ambulatory blood pressure parameters and to analyze ambulatory blood pressure day - night rhythm and variabiliby. Results Blood pressure variabiliby in the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The percent of ambulatory blood pressure day - night rhythm abnormity in two groups were 67. 6 % and 35.3%. The difference was significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Decreasing blood pressure smoothly and maintaining proper day - night rhythm are necessary in the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.
