| Abstract: | Tuberculosis is rare in the pancreatic location. It＇ s diffieuh to diagnose correctly of the patients with untypical clinical manifestation or before operation. One patient with pancreatic tuberculosis misdiagnosed as pancreatic carcinoma before the operation is reported. |
