| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨样骨瘤的影像学表现。方法对经手术病理证实的17例骨样骨瘤的影像学资料和病理进行回顾性分析。所有病例均行X线检查,同时行CT扫描11例、磁共振成像(MRI)扫描4例。分析X线、CT和MRI对瘤巢及瘤巢周围改变的显示能力。结果 X线、CT和MRI检查分别有13例、10例和3例表现为一圆形或卵圆形<2 cm瘤巢,周围有程度不一的骨质硬化、骨膜反应、软组织肿胀。X线、CT和MRI的诊断准确率分别为77%、91%和100%。结论大多数骨样骨瘤有X线特征表现,通过X线检查可得到诊断。CT和MRI扫描易于发现骨样骨瘤的瘤巢,便于确诊本病。 |
