斑蝥中斑蝥素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的通过正交试验研究斑蝥中斑蝥素的提取工艺。方法测定回流提取、超声提取和冷浸提取3种不同提取方法得到的斑蝥中斑蝥素的含量。结果最佳提取条件为回流提取,即加7倍量的丙酮,浸泡3h,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论优选工艺可供制订斑蝥提取工艺时参考。

Abstract:Objective To study the extraction technology of cantharidin in mylabris by orthogonal test. Methods The cantharidin content in mylabris extracted by the three different ways of refluxing extraction, ultrasonic extraction and cold soaking extraction was detected. Results The optimal extraction technique was refluxing extraction: adding 7 times amount of acetone, soaking for 3 h, refluxing extracting for 3 times, each time 1 h. Conclusion The optimized technique by this experiment can be used as a reference for making the mylabris extraction technology.
