糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学研究

目的：应用彩色多普勒超声探讨糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜动脉血流动力学改变,为临床提供诊治糖尿病视网膜病变的信息。方法：彩色多普勒检测32例糖尿病视网膜病变患者和3 5例正常对照者的视网膜中央动脉血流收缩期峰值流速（PSV）、舒张期末血流速度（EDV）、搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）。结果：糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜动脉PSV、EDV均低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,PI、RI均高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：彩色多普勒能较准确地反映糖尿性病视网膜病变的血流动力学信息,在糖尿病性视网膜病变的诊断中具有重要的应用价值。

The Study of Retinal Hemodynamics in Patients with Diabetic Rretinopathy

Objective：To study the hemodymanic changes of central retinal artery in the diabetic retinopathy,and then to suggest a treatment for the diabetic retinopathy.Methods：Using Color Doppler Ultrasound,We studyed the arteria centralis retinae fiow in 32 diabetic retinopathy patients and 35 healthy control cases.The values were measured as follows：the peak systolic velocities（PSV）,the end diastolic velocities（EDV）,the pulsatility index（PI）,the resistant index（RI）.Results：The PSV and EDV of central retinal artery in the diabetic retinopathy are lower than in the control group cases（P0.05）,while the PI and RI are higher（P0.01）.Conelusion：Color Doppler Ultrasound can accurately reflect the alterations of the diabetic retinopathy,and have value importantly to treatment for the diabetic retinopathy.
