| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）与神经降压素（ＮＴ）在银屑病发病中的作用。方法 采用放射免疫分析法对３２例银屑病患者进行血浆ＮＰＹ与ＮＴ的含理检测。结果 与２５例正常人比较,银屑病患者血浆中ＮＰＹ水平显著增高,差异具有显著性性意义（Ｐ〈０．０５）。ＮＴ水平较正常人明显降低（Ｐ〈０．０５）。相关分析显示患者ＮＰＹ含量增高与ＮＴ含量下降呈明显角相关（ｒ＝－０．０７６,Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 具有强烈缩血管作

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of NPY and NT in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Method We detected the content of NPY and NT in 32 psoriasis patients by radioimmunology method.Reslts Compared with 25 normal subjects,level of NPY in psoriasis patients significantly increased(P<0.05),level of NT in psoriasis patients significantly decreased(P<0.05),Correlative analysis indicated that content of NPY in patients correlated negatively with NT significantly(r=-0.76).Conclusion NPY,which has strong effect of straitening blood vessal,reacted on pathological course as factor of blood vessel tating shape togather with NT.Study of it's regulation of change has important clinical significance for judgement of patient's condition and direction of therapy. |
