大肠癌中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子印迹试验检测及意义

目的 ]　应用Westernblot方法检测大肠癌组织中细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子 (extracellularmatrixmet alloproteinaseinducer ,EMMPRIN)的表达 ,分析其与肿瘤的病理类型和转移方式之间的关系。方法 ]　应用Westernblot方法检测 40例大肠癌组织、40例大肠腺瘤和 40例正常组织中EMMPRIN的表达 ,并分析大肠癌组织中EMMPRIN的表达与病理类型和转移方式之间的关系。结果 ]　 40例大肠癌标本中有 3 2例阳性表达 ,阳性率为 80 % ;而 40例大肠腺瘤中只有 4例阳性低表达 ,阳性率为 10 % ;40例正常黏膜中只有 2例呈阳性表达 ,阳性率为 5 %。结论 ]　EMMPRIN在大肠癌中呈高表达 ,而且与病理类型、血行转移和淋巴转移有关系。在分化程度中 ,未分化癌有显著高表达 (P <0 .0 1) ,由淋巴转移者高表达 (P <0 .0 5 )。

The significance of the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer in colorectal cancer by western blot

Objective] Through the examination of the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (EMMPRIN) in human colorectal tissue to analyze the relationship between EMMPRIN and the type of tumor pathology and the ways of metastasis. Methods] The expression of EMMPRIN in 40 cases of human normal colorectal tissue, 40 cases of colorectal adenoma and 40 cases of human colorectal carcinoma tissue were examined by western blot method . The relationship between the type of tumor pathology and metastasis were analyzed. Results] In the 40 cases of colorectal cancer 32 cases showed positive expression, positive rate was 80%. 4 cases of adenoma group showed positive expression, positive rate was 10%.The normal tissue group only had 2 cases of positive expression, and the positive rate was 5%. Conclusion] The expression of EMMPRIN was related with the pathological type, blood stream and lymphatic metastasis. EMMPRIN is highly expressed in the cases of non-differentiated carcinoma (P<0.01) , and that with blood stream and lymphatic metastasis.
