北京市长陵乡3580例已婚妇女健康普查结果分析

目的:了解北京市昌平区长陵乡已婚妇女妇科常见病、乳腺疾病、糖尿病、高血压疾病的患病现状,制定有效的防治措施,降低上述疾病的发病率。方法:采用统一制定的妇科普查表对普查对象逐个询问病史填表,常规进行血压测定、测空腹血糖、乳腺红外线透视、盆腔B超、妇科检查及宫颈刮片。结果:普查人数3580例,患妇科病1406例(主要疾病为宫颈糜烂、阴道炎、盆腔炎),患病率为39.28%。乳腺增生患病率为35.92%,糖尿病患病率为9.36%。确诊乳腺癌1例,宫颈癌1例,均为早期癌。结论:通过普查与群防群治,可以降低妇科常见病的发病率,及时诊断恶性肿瘤,做到早期诊断、早期治疗,并提高治愈率及存活率,降低死亡率,提高妇女健康水平和生活质量。

Analysis report on the general survey of the married women's health in Changling countryside of Beijing

Objective:To explore the common health conditions of the married women in Changling countryside, the morbidity of mammary disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, these women's health care quality and their needs.Methods:A health general survey of the community women was conducted. A questionnaire of women's health was given to any women surveyed. The following steps described in the health survey card. And a physical check on the women was also conducted.Results:There were 3 580 women surveyed and 1 460 women had gynecological disease (39.28%). The top three diseases bothers women were cervical erosion,vaginitis and pelvic inflammation. Morbidity rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands was 35.92%, diabetes mellitus was 9.36%.Conclusion:To ensure the health of countryside women, health general surveys and post-survey medical treatment should be conducted, and community resources should be utilized to promote the knowledge of gynecological diseases and meet the health service need of the people.
