r型输液器的研制与临床应用效果分析

目的 介绍r型输液器的研制与临床应用效果.方法 静脉输液患者200例,其中100例需2组液体同时输入,100例输液的同时须静脉推注药物.随机分为实验组和对照组各100例.实验组应用r型输液器输液,对照组应用普通输液器(洁瑞牌)输液.观察2组护士锐器伤、气泡产生情况及患者反应.结果 2组护士锐器伤比较有显著性差异P<0.01,气泡产生及患者反应2组比较有显著性差异P<0.01.结论 r型输液器操作简便,省时省力,既减轻患者痛苦,又提高操作安全性,值得临床推广.

Manufacture the r shape apparatus infusionis and analysis of it's clinical effect

Objective To introduce the r shape apparatus infusionis and analyze it's clinical effect. Methods 200 cases with intravenous infusion were divided into control and experimental groups. Experimental group cases were applied with the r shape apparatus infusionis, and control group cases were treated with ordinary infusion set. Sharp injury, the situation of bubble and patients' reaction were observed. Results There were significant difference in sharp injury, the situation of bubble creation and patient'reaction between the two groups (P < 0.01) .Conclusions The r shape apparatus infusionis can reduce pain, save time, and is worthy of generalization.
