| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用配合康复训练法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将72例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(34例),治疗组采用针药并用配合康复训练治疗,对照组单独应用针灸治疗,观察其疗效。结果两组有效率分别为97.4%和86.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治愈率经卡方检验,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论针药并用康训练法综合治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine plus rehabilitation training in treating peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Seventy-two patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated to a treatment group(38 cases) and a control group(34 cases).The curative effects were evaluated.Results The efficacy rate was 97.4% in the treatment group and 86.3% in the control group.The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).A chi square test showed a statistically significant difference in cure rate between the two groups(P<0.05).It was higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion It is indicated that combined use of acupuncture and medicine plus rehabilitation training as a composite treatment has an exact effect.The effect is better in the treatment group than in the control group. |
