品管圈活动用于提高肾脏科监护室患者足背动脉留置针穿刺成功率的效果

目的探讨品管圈活动用于提高肾脏科监护室患者足背动脉留置针穿刺成功率的效果。方法 2015年3-5月,采用便利抽样法选取在南京军区南京总医院肾脏科监护室住院治疗并行足背动脉留置针穿刺的患者71例为对照组,同法选择2015年7-9月的71例患者为观察组。对照组患者予以足背动脉留置针常规护理操作。2015年6月,开展品管圈活动,分析对照组患者留置针穿刺失败的原因,绘制鱼骨图,制定改进措施;观察组患者按改进后的措施进行日常护理。比较两组患者穿刺成功率及无形效果评价(包括品管圈运用、团队合作能力、沟通能力、创新性思维能力、护患关系融洽、专业知识、责任荣誉感、护理品质意识等)。结果对照组和观察组患者足背动脉留置针的穿刺成功率分别为63%和87%,差异有统计学意义(x~2=10.96,P0.01)。活动后,圈员在品管圈运用、团队合作能力、沟通能力、创新性思维能力、护患关系融洽、专业知识、责任荣誉感、护理品质意识等方面都有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论品管圈活动的开展有利于提高肾脏科监护室患者足背动脉留置针穿刺成功率,同时还提高了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力。

Effect of Quality Control Circle on the Improvement of the Success Puncture Rate of Arterial Dorsalis Pedis Cannulation in Nephrology ICU

Objective To discuss the effect of quality control circle (QCC)on the improvement of the suc-cess rate of arterial dorsalis pedis cannulation in the of nephrology department ICU.Methods By conven-ience sampling,71 cases admitted from March 2015 to May 2015 were selected as control group,and another 7 1 cases were selected as observationgroup.The control group received routine nursing.The QCC activities were implemented in June 2015,the reasons for fail puncture were analyzed,and drew the fish-bone diagram and the improvement measures were made.The observation group received routine nursing based on improvement measures.The success rate of puncture and intangible result evaluation including the application of QCC,team-working ability,communicative skills,innovative thinking ability,nurse-patient relationship,professional knowledge,sense of responsibility and honor,and the awareness of high-quality nursing were investigated.Results The success rate of arterial cannulation of control group and observa-tion group were respectively 63% and 87% (χ2= 10.96,P<0.01).After QCC activities,application of QCC,team-working ability,communicative skills,innovative thinking ability,nurse-patient relationship, professional knowledge,sense of responsibility and honor,and the awareness of high-quality nursing were all improved (all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of QCC can improve the success rate of arterial cannulation in the ICU of department of nephrology,and can also enhance the team-work spirit and the quality management ability.
