患者角色体验在手术体位摆放情景模拟演练培训中的应用

目的探讨患者角色体验在手术室护士手术体位摆放情景模拟演练中的培训效果。方法2012-2013年,南通大学第二附属医院手术室以各专科护理组为单位,加强对手术室护理人员7种常用手术体位摆放的培训。在循证资料的指导下,通过患者角色体验进行体位模拟训练,每专科组训练周期为1个月,并将训练内容进行全程摄像,制作成教学视频。训练之后,由培训组长对护理人员的体位摆放进行评分,并与培训前比较。结果模拟培训后,各专科组护理人员体位摆放评分均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论患者角色体验结合情景模拟演练能显著提高手术室护士体位摆放的能力,值得推广。

Application of Patients Role Experience in Scene Simulation Exercise Training of Surgical Body Positioning

Objective To discuss the effect of patients role experience in scene simulation exercise training of surgical body positioning.Methods From 2 0 1 2 to 2 0 1 3 ,the training of 7 normal body positioning were strengthened in operation room paramedics.Under the guidance of evidence-based data,nurses had body po-sition training by exchanging the roles.The training lasted one month,and the whole process was recorded and made as teaching video.After training,the body positioning score was compared.Results After the sim-ulation training,the nurse’s body positioning score was higher than before training (all P < 0 .0 5 ). Conclusion Patients role experience combined scenario simulation exercises can improve the ability of surgi-cal body positioning of operating room nurses,which is worthwhile for clinical promotion .
