儿科ICU护士急救设备掌握现状及培训需求调查

目的调查上海地区儿童专科医院重症监护室(intensive care units,ICU)护士对急救设备掌握的现状及培训需求,以制定有针对性的培训方案。方法 2015年3-7月,采取整群抽样法选取上海地区儿童专科医院ICU护士169名为研究对象。采用自行设计的儿科ICU护士急救设备掌握现状及培训需求调查表对其进行调查,内容包括一般情况调查表、急救设备掌握现状测评试卷、急救设备培训需求问卷。结果护理人员对输液泵、心电监护仪、推泵、暖箱、血气分析仪等仪器设备操作要点及故障处理的平均得分均4分;对体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)、无创心功能监测仪、脉波轮廓温度稀释(pulse index continuous cardiac output,PICCO)检测仪等仪器设备操作要点及故障处理的平均得分均3分。69名(40.8%)ICU护士最想接受ECMO操作要点的相关知识培训,64名(37.9%)ICU护士最想接受有创呼吸机故障处理的培训。结论儿童专科医院ICU护士对相对复杂的设备仪器的培训需求迫切,护理管理者应根据护士的层次、工作能力和需求,制定系统的、分层次的培训计划,以满足不同级别护士的培训需求。

Investigation of the Training Needs and Knowledge of Emergency Equipment of Pediatric ICU Nurses

Objective To investigate the training needs and knowledge of emergency equipment of pediatric ICU nursing staff in Shanghai,in order to develop targeted training plan.Methods A total of 1 6 9 nurses were selected and their current knowledge of emergency equipment and training demands were evaluated by using a self-designed questionnaire.The general scale,assessment scale of current knowledge of emergency equipment and demand of emergency equipment training were included in the questionnaire.Results The average scores of operation key points and faults handling in infusion pumps,ECG,injection pump, incubators and blood-gas analyzer were above 4.However,the average scores of operation key points and faults handling in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO),non-invasive heart function monitor and pulse index continuous cardiac output (PICCO)were less than 3.There were 69 (40.8%)nurses who expected ECMO operation training,and 6 4 (3 7 .9%)nurses expected training of faults handing of breathing machine.Conclusions The pediatric ICU nurses have urgent training needs of complex equipments and instruments.Nursing managers should develop a systematic,hierarchical training plan accordingto nurses’ level,working ability and needs to fulfill training needs of different levels of nurses.
