| 摘 要： | 目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)提高护理不良事件上报率的效果。方法 2014年1-3月,解放军第422医院护理部成员组成QCC小组,对影响护理不良事件上报率进行要因分析,并进行整改。结果通过全体圈员的参与,护理不良事件的上报率由活动前的2.6%上升到3.84%,目标达成率为91.9%。结论品管圈活动不仅提高了护理不良事件上报率,同时也提升了圈员的学习能力、质量意识及综合能力。 |

Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities in Improving Reporting Rate of Nursing Adverse Event |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC)activities in improving the re-porting rate of nursing adverse events.Methods A QCC group was set up by members of the nursing de-partment to analyze and improve the essential factors which affected the report rate of nursing adverse events.Results The report rate of nursing adverse events increased from 2.6% to 3.84% after the QCC im-plementation.The goal achievement rate was 91.9%.Conclusion QCC activities not only improve the re-port rate of nursing adverse events,but also improve the learning ability,quality awareness and the com-prehensive abilities of the members of QCC group. |
