康复助手应用程序应用于青少年特发性脊柱侧凸围术期健康教育的效果

目的探讨康复助手应用程序(application program,APP)应用于青少年特发性脊柱侧凸围术期健康教育的效果。方法2014年6月至2015年7月,便利抽样法选取在第二军医大学长海医院脊柱外科治疗的128例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸住院患者为研究对象。将128例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组利用康复助手APP参照脊柱侧凸健康教育评价表实施健康教育。结果观察组患者在疾病的相关知识、术前禁食及禁水时间及要求、手术室的环境、手术的大致流程、术后的体位护理、术后的饮食护理、术后的疼痛护理及出院注意事项等8个项目上的了解程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01);且对健康教育的满意度亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(u=12.212,P=0.002)。结论康复助手APP平台在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸围术期护理中的健康教育效果优于常规的健康教育,而且患者的满意度较高,值得推广。

Effect of Recovery Helper APP on Perioperative Health Education for Adolescent with Idiopathic Scoliosis

Objective To evaluate the effect of “Recovery Helper APP”on health education of adolescent idio-pathic scoliosis.Methods By convenience sampling,128 cases were selected and divided into control group and ob-servation group.The control group was applied with conventional health education,while the observation group was received health education based on scoliosis health education evaluation scale by using Recovery Helper APP. Results The awareness rate of disease related knowledge,preoperative fasting time and requirements,operating room environment,the general process of the operation,postoperative body position nursing,postoperative diet nursing,postoperative pain nursing and discharge notice in observation group were significantly better than that of control group(all P <0.01).The satisfaction level in observation group was higher than which in control group (u =12.212,P =0.002).Conclusions Recovery helper APP platform has greater health education effect on health education in perioperative nursing of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis than routine health education, and with high satisfaction level of patients,which is worth for clinical promotion.
