静脉留置针采血在门诊妊娠期妇女糖尿病筛查中的应用

目的探讨静脉留置针采血在门诊妊娠期妇女糖尿病筛查中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2014年5-8月在解放军总医院门诊部采血区进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查的120名孕妇为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组各60名,分别采用标准双向针和静脉留置针采血,并记录每次采血时孕妇的舒适度及满意度。结果除第1次采血外,观察组孕妇第2、3次采血的舒适度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);观察组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论妊娠期妇女糖尿病筛查中使用静脉留置针采血切实可行,有利于提高孕妇舒适度及满意度,值得在临床推广使用。

Application of the Indwelling Needle Venous Blood Collection in Diabetes Screening of the Pregnant Women

Objective To discuss the application effect of the indwelling needle venous blood collection in diabetes screening of the pregnant women.Methods By convenience sampling,120 cases were selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group was applied with standard two-way puncture needle,while the observation group was applied with indwelling needle venous blood collection.The blood taking pain level and satisfaction level of patients and nurses towards two methods were recorded.Results Except for the first time blood collection,the patients’comfort level in observa-tion group were higher than control group during second and the third times (all P<0.05).The satisfaction level of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The indwelling needle venous blood collection can be used in diabetes screening of the pregnant women,and it can improve the comfort level and satisfaction of patients,which is worth for clinical application.
