| 摘 要： | 目的探讨爆炸致重症烧伤患者肠内营养支持的护理方法与效果。方法回顾性分析并总结2014年8月第二军医大学长海医院收治的某地特大爆炸事件中发生特重度烧伤患者15例的临床资料。结果本组15例患者中,10例患者经过植皮、抗感染、烧伤换药、营养支持等治疗后,创面愈合良好,病情平稳转入康复科;5例患者因缺少自体皮源,并发脓毒血症病死。结论积极有效的肠内营养支持和护理,有利于提高重症烧伤患者的植皮成活率,促进创面愈合。 |

Nursing of Enteral Nutrition Support of Explosion Caused Severe Burn Patients |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing measures and effects of enteral nutrition support of mass ex-plosion caused severe burn patients.Methods Clinical data of 15 cases severe burn patients from a massive explosion were analyzed retrospectively.Results Through enteral nutritional nursing,10 patients cured and transferred to rehabilitation department after skin grafts,anti-infection,burns dressing,and nutrition sup-port therapy,5 patients died due to lack of autologous skin and complicated with sepsis.Conclusions Ac-tive and effective enteral nutritional support and nursing can improve survivd rate of skin grafting and pro-mot wound healing. |
