| 摘 要： | 目的了解6个月以下先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)患儿术后的营养摄入状况,为采取针对性措施提供依据。方法便利抽样法选取2014年10月至2015年6月上海儿童医学中心心脏中心收治的6个月以下行CHD手术的93例患儿为研究对象,采用自制问卷及anthro3.2.2软件了解患儿的生长发育和营养状况。结果本组93例CHD术后患儿中,低体质量30例、生长发育迟缓28例、消瘦17例,发生率分别为32.3%、30.1%、18.3%,非营养不良的患儿仅有18例(19.3%)。结论对于CHD术后患儿,医护人员应加强有效喂养,制订合理的喂养方案,建立长期营养支持系统,尽可能满足术后患儿对营养的需求。

Investigation of Postoperative Nutrient Intake of Children with Congenital Heart Disease Aged under 6 Months |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the status quo of postoperative nutrition intake in children with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD)under 6 months in the ward,in order to provide evidence for targeted interventions.Methods Totally 9 3 children were selelcted and by using self-designed questionnaire and anthro 3 .2 .2 to understand their status quo of growing and nutrition.Results Totally 18 cases with normal nutrition (19.3%),30 cases with low weight (32.3%),28 cases with growth retardation (30.1%),17 cases with marasmus (18.3%).Conclu-sions Medical staffs should strengthen effective feeding,and formulate reasonable feeding plans,estab-lish long-term nutritional support systems to meet the nutrition demand of children after surgery. |
