住院高龄患者亲属照护者真实体验的质性研究

目的深入了解住院高龄患者亲属照护者在照护期间的真实体验,为促进照护者的身心健康提供参考依据。方法2014年6-10月,采用目的抽样法选择在某院住院治疗的10例高龄患者的亲属照护者为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,现场录音,借助NVivo 8.0统计软件,根据Colaizzi的7步法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果住院高龄患者亲属照护者的真实体验可归纳为5个主题:(1)照护负担沉重;(2)原有生活受到限制;(3)渴望获得专业的照护指导;(4)逐渐适应角色改变;(5)家庭经济负担沉重。结论高龄患者亲属照护者承受着较大的生理、心理和经济负担,建议相关部门和单位尽快完善养老服务体系,同时开展延续护理,向照护者提供专业的照护知识和技能,以促进患者及照护者的身心健康。

Qualitative Research of True Experience of the Relatives Caregivers of Senile Hospitalized Patients

Objective To deeply understand the true experience of the relatives caregivers of senile hospi-talized patients,in order to provide reference for promoting the caregiver’s health both physically and men-tally.Methods By using purposive sampling method,10 cases were selected and investigated by semi-struc-tured interviews with onsite record.The data was analyzed by NVivo 8.0 software and the themes were re-fined by using Colaizzi 7 steps method.Results Five themes were extracted:heavy care load;original life shattered;eager for professional care knowledge;role change;heavy economic burden.Conclusions The car-egivers are under heavy burden both physically,psychologically and economically.It suggests that the administrators should improve the elderly service system,and implement continues nursing,and provide professional nursing knowledge and skills to caregivers,thus to promote the health of patients and caregivers.
