不同强度有氧运动缓解女性更年期综合征的研究

摘    要:
观察了 180名患更年期综合征女性实施 16周不同强度有氧运动前后雌性激素水平及更年期综合征反应 ,结果表明 :大强度有氧运动使更年期女性血清E2 (雌二醇 )、P(孕酮 )含量显著提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,大、中等强度有氧运动使血清T(睾酮 )含量降低非常明显 (P <0 0 1) ,小强度有氧运动使T显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;大、中等强度运动使更年期综合征症状明显减少 (P <0 0 5 )。提示不同强度运动对女性更年期综合征均有明显缓解作用 ,其中 ,大强度组效果更佳。

Abstract:
This study investigated the effectiveness of aerobic exercise at different intensity on relieving menopausal syndrome and on adjusting the level of serum estrogen in woman. 180 women with menopausal syndrome underwent aerobic exercise at different levels for 16 weeks. Serum estrogen level and menopausal syndrome indicators were measured before and after the aerobic exercise. The serum estradiol (E 2) and progesterone (P) levels significantly increased ( P <0 05) for women who did high intensity aerobic exercise. Serum testosterone (T) value decreased ( P <0 01) for subjects who did medium and high intensity exercise; the same testosterone decrease ( P <0 05) to subjects in low intensity group. The menopausal syndrome was significantly relieved for subjects who did high and medium intensity exercise. These results indicated that female with menopausal syndrome could benefit from aerobic exercise, the higher the exercise intensity, the better effect would be.
