| 摘 要： | 目的观察经纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗严重肺部感染的疗效。方法严重肺部感染44例,随机分为灌洗组与对照组,两组均给予全身抗感染、雾化吸入等对症、支持治疗。灌洗组予经纤支镜肺泡灌洗治疗,对照组常规吸痰治疗。两组进行治疗疗效比较。结果两组有效率、治愈率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经纤支镜肺泡灌洗在严重肺部感染治疗中有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope in the treatment of serious pulmonary infection.Methods 44 patients with serious pulmonary infection were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The patients in both groups were accepted anti-infection,atomization inhalation and other supportive treatments.The patients in the experiment group were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope,and the patients in the control group were accepted routine treatment.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results There were significance difference in the recovery rate and effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion The bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope had significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of serious pulmonary infection. |
