| 摘 要： | 近年来流动人口医疗保障问题，备受政府和社会的日益关注，学界也从各方面对流动人口的医疗保障问题进行了研究。文章对衡阳市流动人口医疗保障问题进行了调查研究，根据衡阳市流动人口的健康状况和医疗保障现状，提出“协同互补型”的流动人口医疗保障体系构建对策。
