手足口病二期合并病毒性脑炎22例临床分析

目的总结重症手足口病（HFMD）合并脑炎患儿的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。方法对住院治疗的手足口病二期合并病毒性脑炎22例患者，就其临床表现、治疗方案、临床转归进行分析。结果早期给予脱水、激素、静脉用丙种球蛋白等治疗，所有患儿均达到临床治愈，未遗留有神经系统后遗症。结论重症HFMD合并脑炎病例，病情进展迅速，早期临床表现较隐匿，如能早期发现，及时干预治疗，则预后良好。

Clinical analysis of phase II hand-foot-mouth disease combined with viral encephalitis (22 cases attached)

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of severe hand-foot-mouth dis- ease （ HFMD ） combined with encephalitis. Methods 22 cases of hospitalized patients were analyzed in terms of their clinical manifestation, treatment program and clinical outcome. Results After an early and suitable treatment of dehydration, hor- mone intravenous immunoglobulin therapy and so on, all patients achieved clinically satisfactory result, with no sequels of any kind left over with nervous system. Conclusion Severe HFMD combined with viral encephalitis is a disease with early con- cealment and fast development feature. Early diagnosis and timely interventional treatment promises good prognosis.
