暗示疗法对男护生未来择业倾向的影响

目的探讨暗示疗法对男护生未来择业的影响。方法选择我科实习的28名男护生，采取“一对一”带教方法，将暗示疗法应用于临床教学与就业理念的指导工作中，通过问卷调查比较男护生入科与出科时未来择业倾向及其影响因素的变化。结果男护生入科时未来择业倾向中愿意从事临床护理者较少，仅14．3％；经暗示疗法后，出科时愿意从事临床护理的比例显著增加，达42．9％，差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．29，P〈0．05）。在影响未来择业倾向的诸多因素中，暗示疗法可明显减少男护生因传统观念、理想与现实差距、自我与角色冲突等原因而不愿从事临床护理工作的比例（x^2=3．92，4．11，4．64；P〈0．05）。结论正确运用暗示疗法可提高男护生对护理专业的认同感，增强其未来从事临床护理工作的择业倾向。

Effect of implication therapy on future career orientation of the male nursing students

Objective To explore the effect of implication therapy for male nursing students on future career orientation.Methods 28 male nursing students practiced in intensive care unit(ICU)were selected to teach with “one-to-one” methods.Implication therapy was applied to clinical teaching and employment guide.The male nursing students' future career orientation and its reason changes were compared with the questionnaire survey between entrance and exit.Results Only few male nursing students were going to be engaged in the clinical nursing when they entered into ICU(14.3％).After received implication therapy,the number of male nursing students willing to be engaged in the clinical nursing work significantly increased (42.9％)when they left ICU(x2 =4.29,P ＜0.05).In many factors influencing future career orientation,implication therapy significantly decreased the number of male nursing students unwilling to be engaged in the clinical nursing caused by traditional concepts,the gap between ideal and reality,the conflict between self and role(x2 =3.92,4.11,4.64 ; P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Implication therapy can improve male nursing students' recognition to professional nursing,and strengthen their future career orientation in the clinical nursing.
