加强护理临床实习带教教师队伍建设的措施与效果

摘    要:目的提高护理临床实习带教质量,培养合格护理人才。方法选择2007年1月至2008年12月带教教师作为对照组,采用常规的护理临床实习带教法进行培训。选择2009年1月至2010年12月带教教师作为实验组,实施加强护理临床实习带教队伍建设的措施:注重带教教师选拔,促进其队伍结构优化;从政策和制度上采取措施,支持带教教师做好带教工作;加强带教教师培训;健全带教质量评估体系,依据评估结果进行奖惩。结果实验组带教教师的学历、职称结构得到优化;实验组护理本科学历和中高级职称者分别为41.3%,43.7%,高于对照组的27.8%,28.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.166,4.881;P〈0.05);护生毕业综合技能考核成绩实验组为(90.69±2.67)分,明显高于对照组的(85.30±5.06)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=30.887,P〈0.05);护生对带教教师的满意度实验组为90.78%,明显高于对照组的79.73%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=10.762,P〈0.01)。结论加强护理临床实习带教教师队伍建设,使带教教师队伍规模扩大、结构优化、素质提高,可以明显提高护理临床实习带教质量和护生对带教教师的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To raise the teaching quality and bring up qualified talented nursing staff.Methods Teachers from Jan 2007 to Dec 2008 were selected as control group and trained with conventional clinic teaching methods.Teachers from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010 were enrolled as experimental group and trained with strengthened nursing clinic practice teaching construction measures,such as focus on teachers choosing,promote structural optimization; take measures from polity and systems to support the teaching work; strengthen teachers training; improve teaching quality evaluation system and take rewards and punishments according evaluation results.Results Educational background and job title were optimized: bachelor degree and senior professional title were 41.3% and 43.7% in experimental group and higher than those in the control group (27.8% and 28.9% respectively)(x2 =4.166,4.881 ; P < 0.05); comprehensive skill evaluation score in experimental group was(90.69 ± 2.67)and(85.30 ± 5.06)in the control group,and the difference was significant(t =30.887,P < 0.01); Satisfaction of nurse students on teachers was 90.78% in experiment group and higher than 79.73% in the control group(x2 =10.762,P < 0.0l).Conclusions Strengthening the teacher construction of nursing clinic,expanding,optimizing and improving quality of teaching team could obviously raise the teaching quality and nurse students satisfaction on teachers.
