先天性食管闭锁患儿术后并发症的预防及护理

目的探讨先天性食管闭锁患儿术后常见并发症的观察及护理，提高先天性食管闭锁患儿生存率，减少并发症的发生。方法回顾2005年1月至2010年12月先天性食管闭锁患儿术后出现的并发症，根据临床资料进行分析。结果术后并发症有发生肺炎12例，吻合口瘘5例，吻合口狭窄2例，硬肿症4例，胃食管反流1例，气管软化1例。结论成熟的吻合技术及有效的术后护理是提高先天性食管闭锁患儿手术成功率的关键；营养支持是提高手术成功率的保障。有效预防并发症，减少并发症的发生。

Prevention and nursing of postoperative complications for children with congenital esophageal atresia

Objective To explore the observation and nursing of postoperative complication of congenital esophageal atresia children,so as to raise their survival rate and reduce complications happening.Methods Postoperative complications of children with congenital esophageal atresia from January 2005 to December 2010 were reviewed and analysed by clinical information.Results Postoperative complications of those children were that 12 cases of pneumonia,five eases of esophageal stomal leak,two cases of anastomotic stenosis,four cases of scleroderma,one cases of gastroesophageal reflux,and one cases of tracheomalacia.Conclusions The mature anastomosis technology and effectively postoperative care is the key to improve the success surgery ratio of congenital esophageal atresia children,and nutritional support is important factor for ensure surgery success.It is important to effectively prevent the complications occurrence so as to reduce them happening.
