| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年高血压患者睡眠障碍的影响因素。方法对52例老年高血压患者进行调查,了解老年高血压患者睡眠质量状况及其影响因素,并针对性地实施护理干预措施。结果 52例老年高血压患者均存在不同程度的睡眠障碍。主要影响因素为环境陌生、日间活动少、吵闹、焦虑等。采取干预措施后患者的临床症状及血压值与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年高血压患者的睡眠质量差,针对性地实施护理干预措施有利于提高患者的睡眠质量,有利于血压的稳定及控制。
