| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在腹部开放手术中使用新型超声刀分离切断组织的技术及效果。方法回顾性总结应用新型超声刀完成腹部开放手术的45例病例,包括胃癌根治术21例、结直肠癌根治术10例、肝癌切除术4例、脾切除及门奇静脉断流术8例、脾切除、门奇静脉断流加门体分流术1例,胰岛细胞瘤切除1例。与同期使用电刀的类似手术62例进行病例对照研究。结果使用新型超声刀进行腹部开放手术所用手术时间、术中出血量及术后24 h腹腔引流量均少于常规电刀手术病例(P<0.05)。结论新型超声刀技术是极具前景的外科新技术,在腹部开放手术中使用其进行分离切断组织安全、有效,能缩短手术时间,减少创伤,促进恢复。 |
