全国学校卫生和传染病防治监督岗位人员结构分析

目的:了解全国卫生监督机构中学校卫生监督和传染病防治监督岗位设置情况、人员数量和结构现状,分析其差异及存在的问题,为学校卫生监督和传染病防治监督岗位人才队伍建设提供依据。方法:通过普查,获取全国学校卫生监督和传染病防治监督岗位人员基本资料,分东中西部和省市县级进行描述和分析。结果:从学校卫生监督和传染病防治监督岗位的总体情况来看,设岗机构比例以西部和县级最低;东部和省级的人员学历学位水平较高;东部和市级人员专业以公共卫生与预防医学专业比例最高。结论:学校卫生监督和传染病防治监督岗位人员配备存在不足,同时其数量和结构在不同地区和不同级别之间存在差异,且不同级别之间的差异大于不同地区之间的差异。

Analysis on the school health and infectious disease prevention inspection personnel nationwide

Objective To investigate the current situation of the personnel and positions of school health inspection and infectious disease prevention, analyze the problems and explore the measures to optimize them. Method Census was used to obtain the data. Result The proportion of the inspection agencies who have the two positions is the highest in the western China and at the county level; the education level of the personnel on the two positions is the highest in the eastern. China and at the provincial level; the proportion of personnel, whose major is preventive medicine is the highest in the east and at the municipal level. Conclusion The personnel of both positions are inadequate, and there are great differences among different regions and different levels, with the latter greater than the former.
