| 摘 要： | 目的:探索结构方程模型在医院绩效评估中的应用。方法:简单介绍了SEM的主要概念、构成、以及建立模型的过程。结果:结构方程是一种综合思维方法,有着其独有的优势,也具有一定的局限性。结论:结构方程模型能够应用于医院绩效评估研究中,并且能回避一些传统方法不可避免的缺点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss application of structural equation modeling approach in evaluating hospital performance.Methods: Introduce the main concepts,constitutes of the SEM,and the process of establishing the model in brief.Results: SEM is a Synthetic thinking and analytic approach.It has its own particular advantage but several deficiencies.Conclusions: SEM approach could be used in hospital performance management as it can overcome the deficiencies comparing with conventional evaluating methods. |
