湖南省沅江市南大膳镇血吸虫病病情状况调查

目的 了解洞庭湖区血吸虫病的患病状况,为制定血吸虫病的防控措施提供依据. 方法 采取现场调查和历史回顾的方法对沅江市南大膳镇1996年至2008年12年间的血吸虫病患病情况进行调查. 结果 调查显示该镇12年来,血吸虫病患病率在4.43%～12.14%之间,呈逐年降低趋势.病型以慢性患者最多,占90%以上,晚期患者次之,急性最少.年龄分布以20岁以下年龄组极少,20～60岁随年龄增加患病率增加,≥60岁以上组较少.患者职业主要以农民为主,占患者总数的98%以上.感染方式主要以下水捕鱼和砍柴为主,其他方式较少. 结论 血吸虫病病情状况呈逐年下降趋势.

The prevalence of schistosomiasis in Nandashan town, Yuanjiang City, Hunan Province

Objective To investigate the situation of schistosomiasis in Dongting Lake region so as to provide scientific evidence for decision-making the measures for control and prevention of schistosomiasis. Methods Information about schistosomiasis infection of Nandashan town, Yuanjiang City, from 1996 to 2008, was collected by field investigation and historical review. Results The investigation indicated that the mor-bility was between 4.43% -12.14% with a trend of decreasing annually during last 12 years. The rates of different disease types from high to low were chronic schistosomiasis as the most (90% ) , followed by advanced schistosomiasis and acute schistosomiasis as the least. The infection rate was increasing with tha age in the age group 20-60, while few patients were under 20 years old and above 60 years old. Among those cases, farmers accounted for 98% as the main susceptible population. The main infection routes were fishing and chopping wood. Conclusion As a whole, there was a decreasing tendency of schistosomiasis infection year by year.
