120例药物不良反应临床分析

目的 了解药品不良反应发生的特点及规律，促进临床合理用药。方法对本院120例药物不良反应报告进行分析评价。结果抗菌药物的ADR发生率最高，有76例，占63．3％。ADR的临床表现以皮肤系统损害最为常见，有81例，占67．5％，经过相应的治疗均恢复正常。结论本院发生ADR最多的是抗菌药物，其中以头孢菌素类占首位，提示临床根据患者具体情况，合理使用抗生素；ADR的临床表现以皮肤损害为主；用药前要询问患者的过敏史，用药后认真观察，减少不良反应发生。

Clinical analysis on 120 cases of adverse drug reaction

Objective To understand the characteristic and pattern of adverse drug reaction,and to promote the rational administration on clinics.Methods To make analysis and evaluate the 120 cases of adverse drug reaction at our hospital retrospectively.Results The incidence rate of adverse drug reaction was the hishest at antibiotics with 76 cases (63.33%).The clinical manifestation was most common on damage to dermal system with 81 cases (67.50%),all of which recovered after appropriate treatment.Conclusion The incident rate of adverse drug reaction was the highest on antibiotics,among which ecphalosporins were of the most,suggesting that antibiotics should be used rationally according to the specific clinical situation;dermal damage is the most common clinical manifestation;a history of allergy should be acquired before administration,and patients should be well observed to prevent adverse effect.
