中西医结合临床路径护理在四肢闭合性骨折患者中的应用效果

目的:探讨中西医结合临床路径护理在四肢闭合性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月我院收治的四肢闭合性骨折患者96例,随机数字表法分为2组,各48例。观察组接受中西医结合临床路径护理,对照组则行常规护理。比较2组临床护理效果、生活自理能力与肢体运动功能,并统计2组护理满意度。结果:观察组总有效率97.92%,明显高于对照组81.25%,差异显著(P<0.05);护理前2组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分比较无统计差异(P>0.05),经护理干预后,2组以上指标评分均有所提升,但观察组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分更高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为97.92%,高于对照组85.42%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合临床路径护理在四肢闭合性骨折患者中护理效果肯定,可明显提升患者生活自理能力并改善其肢体运动功能,且可提高护理满意度。

Application Effect of Clinical Pathway Nursing of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Patients with Closed Limb Fractures

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical pathway nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in pa-tients with closed limb fractures.Methods:A total of 96 patients with closed limb fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The study group received integrated traditional Chinese and W esterm medicine clinical pathway care,while the control group received routine care.The clinical nursing effect,self-care ability and limb motor function of the two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was counted.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%significantly higher than that of the control group 81.25%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,The scores of the above two groups were improved,but the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.92%higher than that of the control group 85.42%,the differ-ence was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical pathway nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a definite nursing effect in patients with closed limb fractures,which can significantly improve the patients”self-care ability and improve their limb motor function,and can improve nursing satisfaction.
