胫腓骨骨折护理中快速康复护理路径的临床分析

目的:解析针对胫腓骨骨折病患实施快速康复护理干预的临床效果。方法:本次实验开展前历经1个月开始准备实验,制定实验实行计划。选择本院中在2018年8月-2019年7月接受治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者共计90名,按照住院单双床位号平均分为2组,每组病患45名。将实施一般性护理干预组设为对照组,并将实施快速康复护理干预组设为观察组,比较不同组间患者护理干预有效性、各项治疗评分、不良并发症发生率。结果:观察组干预后NIHSS评分病患FMA评分及ADL评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第7天、第1个月及第3个月膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节被动屈曲度、伸直度及屈伸弧度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体疼痛、生理功能、心理健康及总体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:为改善胫腓骨骨折损伤后患者的体征,而实施加速康复护理干预。不仅能提升下肢功能性使用的恢复,还能加强患者对护理服务的满意度,其临床实验价值较大。

Clinical Analysis of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway in the Nursing of Tibiofibular Fracture

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods:One month before the experiment,we began to prepare the experiment and formulate the experimental implementation plan.A total of 90 patients with tibiofibular fractures treated in our hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to the number of single and double beds,with 45 patients in each group.The general nursing intervention group was set as the routine group,and the rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention group was set as the experimental group.After that,the effectiveness of nursing in-tervention,treatment scores and adverse complications between different groups were compared.Results:NIHSS score,FMA score and ADL score in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of nursing in the ex-perimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05);The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the ex-perimental group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05);The knee function scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group at 7 days,1 month and 3 months after operation(P<0.05);The passive flexion,extension and flexion extension radian of knee joint in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The scores of physical pain,physiological function,mental health and overall health in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the signs of patients with tibiofibular fracture injury,accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention is im-plemented.It can not only improve the recovery of lower limb functional use,but also strengthen patients”satisfaction with nursing serv-ices,which has great clinical experimental value.
