| 摘 要： | 目的探讨AQP1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达、意义及与HPA表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测78例非小细胞肺癌组织标本和12例癌旁正常肺组织标本中AQP1和HPA的表达,分析AQP1的表达与患者临床病理特征、预后及HPA表达的相关性。结果腺癌、腺鳞癌和大细胞癌阳性表达率分别为57．5％,33．3％和20％,鳞癌无阳性表达。肺腺癌中AQP1的表达与N分期、复发／转移和生存时间密切相关（P〈0．05）,与HPA的表达呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论非小细胞肺癌中存在AQP1的表达,与HPA可能存在协同作用,促进肺腺癌的侵袭和转移。
